I'd have rated this silicone baking mat a 5 if it fit the pan better and didn't stain slightly. That said, these mats are a great baking tool. Not only do they eliminate the need to grease baking sheets but they also save money since you don't need to buy costly parchment paper. They're reusable and easily washed. Storage is a breeze since they take up little room. I recommend anyone who bakes frequently to buy this Wilton flexible baking mat.

I tried this one day when the oldest of the grandchildren graduated from a tray on the high chair to table surface. It works like a charm in protecting the table from hazardous spills and can be washed for the protection of the user -- and the mat still has an ordinary day job! Got them for both my daughters-in-law, so this is a happy family. Now to bake some cookies...

I have had sheets before these were replacement as I used them so much . I suggest anyone who bakes get them, I also put them under pizza to remove easily from the pan but be careful not to cut through the sheet, side pizza off to a cookie sheet then cut the pizza.
