Not only can you bake on this silicone sheet, you can use it to roll out pie dough and it's non-skid. There are guides for crust diameter.The instructions say you can cut this to size, if it's larger than your baking sheet, but I found for my baking, it was just fine. I love the non-skid aspect and the guide because my former pastry sheet was a polypro plastic sheet that slid, rolled up and cracked. This one is perfect!

The matt is is nice to use except some of the orange markings are coming off after only a few uses. If the marking were on the opposite side of the matt it would of not matter but the markings are on the side you roll on. You have to be carefully when you are rolling so the orange doesn't get in with what you are rolling out.

It's a bit large but you wouldn't want a smaller one for handling dough: it takes a lot of grief out of kneading and rolling or just putting dough someplace that it won't stick to.
