Nothing sticks to this silicone mat - but it warps when hot, so cookies end up being an odd shape. tastes fine - but look terrible.

This product warps and expands so much inside the oven, it's practically defected material to use inside the oven. Very Very disappointed and annoyed by this product. No where in the package do they say anything about warp and expanding!!!I want to return this product, but the store i bought from will not take any return or exchange. so i e-mailed the company and waiting for their reply.I doubt i will be worth my money if i have to send the product back to the company with shipping(which looks like only choice i got), but i bought this mat only to bake, so it's useless to me now that i've tried it and it works horribly.if you are planning to use this product outside the over, for keading and rolling dough, you might be happy with the product, but don't even think about putting the mat inside the oven, it will warp so much, it will ruin your hard work of cookies and pastry.UPDATETwo e-mails, nobody replied back so I finally called the company today, and when i explained that it warps so much, the representative said to put it shiny side up when using inside the oven. I asked why they haven't added the direction to the package, they said it has been recently added.haven't tried to bake yet with the shiny side up, but she said to call back if it still warps inside the oven.

After trying both this mat and the "SiliconeZone Standard Baking Mat", this mat definitely loses. This mat not only buckled during baking (makes funky cookies), but it's so thick that it actually insulates and changes the baking times on recipes!The SiliconeZone mat is $10 more expensive, but you'll get a product that works as intended.However, not all is lost, because this mat (being the loser in the contest) is now going to be used to protect my workshop bench from solder. :P
