If you bake on parchment paper a lot, buy yourself one of these and use it instead. I bake "hearth-style" bread about once a week and am using it mainly for that, but I've seen these used for other baked goods like meatballs, cookies, home fries - just about anything baked. Make sure your pan you want it for is the correct size; this one is for a half-sheet pan. It comes in multiple other sizes.

I got this for my birthday two weeks ago and was just able to use it this week and was impressed by how my homemade pizza turned out.
