This product is worth its weight in gold! I have been using these for two years in my church kitchen and they are fabulous. No longer does food burn or even stick to the sides of our hotel pans and cleanup is so easy - you could litterly just wipe the pan out with a dishtowel after removing the pan liner. None of mine have ever burned even at temperatures up to 425 deg F. The product description by Amazon.com is incorrect. There are 100 plan liners in a box and they are folded in half - thus the discrepancy in size. You will not be disappointed with these. Not only will your dishwashers be elated but these will pay for themselves over and over again as you will have virtually zero food wastage. Best bet is to go directly to [...] and check out the liner you want and get the exact SKU number and compare with what is listed on Amazon.com.

Initial description is for 6-Inch Deep but product description says 18x20x2. I ordered 100 but got 50 of another size (bigger - 34x18x6 but a usable substitute) and needed to use some without time to wait for the order to be replaced. Got a partial refund and used the bigger ones.I believe that all the PanSaver Liners work the same way. I used some liners in slow cookers (an earlier order -- not the order that was the wrong size) as well as the too large size in electric roasters. I am not sure that the maximum temperature for the liners use in either appliance is 400 degrees (more like 300 degrees). I followed the enclosed instructions on preheating, hot spots, and plastic removal suggestions. I now have a crockpot insert and two electric roasters that I am still trying to scrape the melted plastic off of. Either these liners are made for use in a regular oven only or the electric roaster and crock pot temperature settings are not as shown on the dials. So be careful of the temperature settings on yours if you use these liners. A note of caution -- if you find you have melted the liner to a pan you must completely remove all plastic residue before you use the pan again with a new liner; if not you will have to remove an even more difficult layer of melted plastic.
