These mats are great! I've ordered more already. I don't know how they work, but absolutely nothing sticks to them. So, no more oiling or spraying the cooking sheets. Consequently, no more scrubbing burnt grease off the sheets. I have baked cookies, rolls, chicken, french fries. The texture of the baked items is still good and the clean-up is considerably easier! I'm sold!

This is a fiberglass mat covered in silicone. Fits my half sheet aluminum pans perfectly. It is heavy weight, and works well for all types of baking. Read the simple use and care inside the label for best results: no sharp implements, quick wash in the sink, store flat or rolled. This was much less expensive than in my local store!
