Everytime I struggled with tearing parchment paper to fit my convection/toaster oven, I wished that there was a silpat that fit the tray. When I actually looked for one (duh!), I ordered it. It's been in my oven more often than in the cupboard. I use it all the time! (And....much less parchment paper!)

I bought this little silpat for the pan that fits into my kitchenaid toaster oven. It is not a perfect match, as there's a half-inch gap front and back, but it's still great not to have to use parchment or foil every time I cook something. I love being able to wash these and reuse. I have large silpats too for baking, and wouldn't be without them. The only negative is how much they brown and blacken with time. You have to be careful not to get oil on them to try to avoid the blackening. Otherwise, they're great.
