The mats I received were not the mats pictured - they did not have writing on them and came in a package that said "made in China". NOT as ADVERTISED. I contacted amazon and was assured they'd correct this false advertising but it hasnt been corrected as of this review (Aug 29,2012). IF you order these, just know you wont get what is pictured.

These are decent mats. They're not the authentic French imports that have the "SILPAT product of France" embossed across them. They are, however, pretty good silicone quality baking mats that perform about the same. I have used them a few times already and they work as expected. Easy cleanup, non-stick, good up to 400 degrees F. I would buy these again and would also recommend them to friends.

Very happy with the mats. Directions say to keep writing side up, except there is no writing side lol. Not a big deal though.
