Sil-Eco silicone non-stick baking liner is the perfect choice for all baking. Sil-Eco baking mats are made with a food-grade silicone over reinforced mesh. The mat is NSF, FDA and Kosher certified. Eliminates need for grease, cooking sprays and parchment. To use, place baking liner on a cookie sheet or pan. Sil-Eco goes safely from freezer to oven and is temperature safe from negative 40-degrees Fahrenheit to 480-degrees Fahrenheit. To wash simply wipe clean with damp cloth, rinse and shake , then wipe dry. Microwave safe. Note: A slight oily residue and discoloration of the mesh after washing is normal. Hearty flavored foods may leave a scent on the mats. After drying, store the mat flat or rolled.

Doesn't fit into the pans it must be trimmed. I guess it would work great if it actually would fit in the pans it says it would.

Not 9". Too Big for 9" Pans.

Too big for my 9" round baking pans - which was weird. Definitely wasn't expecting that. I was disappointed because I bought 2 of them. Will be returning for a refund. Would not recommend buying this.

I bought two of these to bake a layer cake in 9-inch round pans. They are slightly too large, but I was able to fit them into my pans. I hadn't realized how difficult it would make them to remove. Not only were they tough to remove from the pans, but my cake layers stuck to them like they were glued on. Use parchment paper, and save yourself the headache of hassling with these liners.
