As the previous reviewer explained, this silicone mat does not fit the 16"x22" sheet pan that it was designed to be used with. I have the Winco 2/3 sheet pan. This mat is made by Winco and should fit a 2/3 sheet pan of the same manufacturer, and it does not. USELSS!!

I love 2/3 sized sheet pans (sometimes referred to as a 3/4 sheet) because they fit into the oven very well. The problem is that for some reason, they are hard to find. Silicone baking mats that will fit a 2/3 size sheet pan are even harder to find. Unfortunately, these mats are slightly larger than my sheet pan and so I still have a problem of the mat curling up on the edges as the "walls" of the sheet pan push it up. I suspect this is because the "2/3" size is not 100% standard and so the sheet pan they made it for was 1/2 bigger in each direction than mine. I guess that's the problem with liking things that are a bit more obscure. Still, this is a much better fit than the full size baking mat and also the 1/2 sheet mat. I just wish it was a TINY bit smaller. Too bad I can't cut it. Oh, well...As for silicone baking mats in general, I heartily recommend them--especially if you are making toffee or other super-sticky food. There is only 1 down side to them and that is that they don't stand up straight in the dishwasher so they take up a bit more room in there than you would think they should. I either sandwich the one I'm washing between 2 cooling racks or "fold" it down over a couple... "slots" (if that's what you would call the sections for holding individual plates). You could hand wash them, but since they are floppy, that's not quite as easy as it sounds--not super hard, but I prefer the dishwasher. Anyway, that's the only down side--the rest is all good and I use mine all the time. (TIP: they also make great anti-slip mats for your cutting board...)
