Nonstick - but oily foods leave a residue

These really do live up to the non-stick standards and make cleanup a real breeze. I bought these to replace a set I had purchased at a big box store. These are great for baking cookies or other food items that you like to not stick to your pan(s). The problem I've encountered with them is that you shouldn't cook fish or other oily food on these because they 'stain' and leave a residue on the material. In some cases, guests have complained of an aftertaste on baked goods from ones that I've used to cook fish or breaded chicken. Thus, if you use one to cook that kind of food and one for baking - then you'll have no problems.
