The mat tore after one use making cinnamon rolls, it was very disappointing...I would not recommend this baking mat to anyone.

I use this mat about once every week or two and I've had it for over two years. I hate washing it, I hate how it curls and won't stay flat. It's just not a pleasant kitchen tool. It's tearing at the edges so I am just waiting for it to die, so I can buy a new one. That said, I have made a lot of breads and pastries on this mat, so it functions--I just don't like it much.

Description states that this is a non-stick pastry mat, however we found that without flour, the dough sticks.I previously had a Tupperware mat that did not claim this and while I liked that mat, this mat is about equal to that.I would recommend the purchase as it does help to keep the work area clean.
