I used this MIU half sheet in the large Calphalon roasting pan to oven bake some pork ribs. The marinade I used included Tamari, sherry and sugar. When the ribs were done, I removed the silcone liner, washed it well with a mild dish soap and was surprised to discover the odor of the marinade had permeated the baking liner. I washed it again but couldn't get the odor out. Perhaps over time it will wear off. This really didn't occur to me when I decided to make clean up for the roasting pan easier (which is was). I don't yet know if the odor will taint something I might bake on it. Just thought I'd mention this.

These are commercial grade baking mats. When taken care of they will last for many years of baking. Never buy parchment again. Each of these silicon mats will fit a "half-sheet" pan and work much better when a little cooking spray is applied prior to baking. They are easy to clean and do not curl with use. I highly recommend them for any baker from pastry chef to Betty Crocker moms!

There silicon liners work just as well as the Silpat that I bough from a major chain store! In addition, to my delight, they threw in smaller liners at no extra cost. I have found nothing that will stick to these liners from simple biscuits to my favorite cookies! GREAT FIND!
