I could not believe how well this product worked. All the grease just ran down right through the pyramids which gives you lean good food to eat. I have made salmon on it which got really amazing. I also used it to make meatloaf, meatballs and chicken. It is great how well it cooks all around the food without any turning. I highly recommend this product!

This pan does all that it is meant to do. Foods come out crispy like they have been fried, but with out all the extra fats!!! You do need to keep the food in a little longer and some items could be cooked at a higher temp. but that is how we were when non stick pans came out for cookies!!! all ovens are different and all pans cook different. Experimenting is half the fun!!! Also great for drying stem ware and glasses, plus it rolls right up and fits in a drawer!!! Highly recoment getting one!!
