I was so excited to find that they made liners for my large roaster. Imagine my disgust when after we removed the turkey I found that most of the liner had melted on to the inside of my brand new $60 electric roaster. It wouldn't scrub off. I had to turn the roaster on with some water in it to heat it up and then carefully scrape the residue off with a razor so I didn't scratch the finish. I would rather had the baked on food mess.

Slow cooker bags are the greatest thing for clean up. I love the fact that I can cook and there's no mess.

I guess the liners saved some cleanup. However, like the liners for the big roasters, they tend to fuse to the crockpot base over time. Don't even attempt removing them. It means that from now on I have to use the liners to keep from getting plastic pieces in my food.
