Where do I begin, first kit had bugs in the flour!!!!!!!!! Call the 800 number they say repalcement, ok morons what ever I'm not arguing. 3 weeks later! new kit arrives. Good luck, IMPOSSIBLE to do according to directions, tons of work for crap!
I could not believe how well this product worked. All the grease just ran down right through the pyramids which gives you lean good food to eat. I have made salmon on it which got really amazing. I also used it to make meatloaf, meatballs and chicken. It is great how well it cooks all around the food without any turning. I highly recommend this product!
This pan does all that it is meant to do. Foods come out crispy like they have been fried, but with out all the extra fats!!! You do need to keep the food in a little longer and some items could be cooked at a higher temp. but that is how we were when non stick pans came out for cookies!!! all ovens are different and all pans cook different. Experimenting is half the fun!!! Also great for drying stem ware and glasses, plus it rolls right up and fits in a drawer!!! Highly recoment getting one!!
This is great both for reheating something you want to stay crisp and for cooking something originally. I love putting potatoes on it, but many other things have been good when fixed on it also.
Love the concept, love the design. Did not love that the Velcro tab on the edge ripped out after only two months of light use. I have some of the thicker plastic folding sandwich pouches with Velcro that I like as just as well.
This works as expected. I would like to find one that is a little more durable and could go in the wash - but this is fine.
These are great. I still use a little baking spray. Reusable and easy to clean. Great product. Would buy again.
I purchased this baking sheet along with the Le Creuset Silicone Baking Round Pans. The surface has a slight texture to it. I used the sheet for rolling a tart crust and baked it in the oven with the sheet. I noticed that if your baking pan is not flat, the sheet may allow some curves to form on the whatever you are baking. Overall, I am extremely pleased with this product. Le Creuset is a reputable brand!
I looked in local stores and found nothing. Then online at over a dozen silicone mats. This is exactly what I wanted! The customer service was outstanding!
it stays on the counter top, and it feels nice to knead dough on it. Just one thing to say : if you have flour left on it, make sure clean it before lifting or moving the mat, because it is a mat not a board, it is soft, it might tile, so you might end up spread flour all over the counter top or floor. Over all, happy with it.
This is a large pastry mat that does what it claims. The problem with it is that it slides around the counter because it is so slippery. This makes kneading more difficult.
This mat is a great idea and worked well for about a year. Then, with no misuse of the product, the surface began to crack and it became unusable. It had never been in a dishwasher, nor rolled too tight. Too bad!
If you are like me, you just hate mucking up your countertops or table when you cook. This is the perfect all-purpose surface for rolling out pie crusts - you can used the easy diagrams for size. More than that, it's a great surface for kneading bread or rolling out cookie dough. Please note that it is not, however "silicone" but a plain, sturdy plastic. The distributor quite courteously emailed me this information when I placed my order. Do not be put off - the actual material is a more useful surface in any case.
