I recently made a pineapple upside down cake using these liners. The recipe was 5 stars but all the comments mentioned how it would stick to the bottom of the pan when flipping it over. I used Silicone liners and was nothing but IMPRESSED! Nothing stuck! I did have to take a case knife around the sides, but the bottom was perfect! I have also used them for various other cakes and had the same results.I purchased the 9" for a 9" pan. I was surprised when I needed to trim it down. BUT... my pan wasn't straight up and down, it was at an angle. \_/. The top was exactly 9". Since it didn't cover the bottom entirely in my new straight edged pans I was able to see that the claim of no more over-browning is true, there was a noticeable difference at the liner edge on the bottom of the cake.I have since replaced with regular pans that have straight sides and I am purchasing additional liners for them. I am glad to say that I can now use these in my 8" pans with a little additional trimming.These are perfect since they are reusable, eco friendly too since no more parchment paper and useless trash. If you're considering getting these to help your cakes- DO IT! You won't be sorry!

I have several silicone baking items but these are by far the best I have ever tried. I have used them repeated and they work perfectly. I have made several rather heavy cakes that I knew would not have come out of the pans as easily. They came out with no difficulty. A great product.

I am not sure whether these were contaminated in transit or if they come that way, but these had an overwhelming smell of turpentine or some similar chemical on them when they arrived. I tried washing them by hand and then putting them in the dishwasher, but they made all the dishes smell and I had to run the load again without them. I am hopeful this is a one-off since there are other reviews that are favorable. I have silpat cookie pan liners that I use all the time and I love them. I am very disappointed but glad Amazon will give me a refund without making me pay more than they are worth to ship them back.
