Abolutley without a doubt the Mafter Exopat baking mat is best product of its kind on the market today. Am so pleased to have found it and thrilled to have one.

This mat covers a full sheet pan without skimping, and like all silicone mats provides a convenient alternative to greasing the pan. Not having to clean off the pan before loading the next batch of cookies is also a convenience. I don't see any difference in quality, browning, etc. between cookies baked on the mat and those baked directly on the sheet pan, so there's no reason not to take advantage of the convenience. My only issue with silicone mats, including this one, is that they never feel as clean, no matter how I wash them, as they did before their first use -- a slightly greasy feel is just part of the silicone experience, I guess.
