These are something I purchased thinking I would use them once in a while - I use them all the time!! Onion rings, french fries, chicken tenders and anything that needs to be baked on both sides come out perfectly done without needing to be turned over during the cooking time. They are also good for baking frozen croissants. Plus, the cooking time can be decreased. Family members have seen me using them and asked me to order some for them. This is one of those practical inventions that makes you ask yourself how you ever got along without them. Can't imagine anyone being disappointed with these oven crispers.
