I love this baking mat and don't know how I managed without it before! It is great for baking or rolling out dough for tortillas or Indian breads. The silicone based material makes sure the dough doesn't stick, and it is easy to clean up afterwards. And best of all - given the lack of space I am battling with in my kitchen cabinets, it rolls up and stows away in hardly any space.Happy baking:)
